{"id":212657,"date":"2021-07-30T19:51:47","date_gmt":"2021-07-30T17:51:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test.visit-latin-america.com\/?p=212657"},"modified":"2024-12-19T21:49:52","modified_gmt":"2024-12-19T19:49:52","slug":"passenger-traffic-increased-by-25-in-panama-from-may-to-june","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/visit-latin-america.com\/en\/passenger-traffic-increased-by-25-in-panama-from-may-to-june\/","title":{"rendered":"Passenger traffic increased by 25% in Panama from May to June"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">The number of passengers transiting through TocumenInternationalAirport, Panama&#8217;s main hub for air connections between the Americas, between May and June 2021 increased by 24.9% for a total of more than three million passengers between January and June, according to an official report from the airport&#8217;s management company.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The most recent statistical data published on the Website of Tocumen,S.A. show a sustained recovery in operations and passenger traffic for four consecutive months, as COVID-19 vaccination progresses in the main destinations in North and South America that are connected to Panama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the month of June, a total of 751,219 passenger movements were recorded.
