The airline\u00a0Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas<\/a>\u00a0has announced a significant increase in its flights to Brazil, marking a strategic expansion towards one of its main international destinations. This summer, the airline will offer\u00a0up to 95 weekly flights to various Brazilian cities<\/strong>, capitalising on the winter season to boost tourism between the two countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Strengthening air links with Brazil<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

During July and August<\/strong>, Argentina\u2019s winter holiday period, Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas will serve seven Brazilian cities<\/strong> with increased frequencies. This includes a daily direct flight between <\/strong>S\u00e3o Paulo<\/a><\/strong> and Bariloche<\/a><\/strong>, as well as two weekly flights <\/strong>to Ushuaia <\/strong>and Chapelco<\/strong>, in addition to direct flights to Cordoba<\/a> <\/strong>(two weekly), Salta <\/strong>(one weekly) and Buenos Aires <\/strong>(five daily).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Buenos Aires will also be linked to<\/strong> Rio de Janeiro<\/strong> by three daily flights, in addition to seven weekly flights to Porto Alegre<\/a>,<\/strong> six to Salvador de Bahia<\/a><\/strong>, six to Curitiba<\/strong> and three to Brasilia<\/strong>. The route to Porto Seguro<\/strong>, which had not been served for five years, has also been resumed, strengthening connectivity and offering more options for travellers wishing to discover these two destinations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 12% increase in the number of seats over the previous year<\/strong> reflects not only the airline\u2019s commitment to strengthening tourism exchanges but also to stimulating the local economy through tourism. Fabi\u00e1n Lombardo, President of<\/strong> Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas, stressed the importance of the Brazilian market, which is Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas\u2019 largest international outbound market in terms of passengers.
