On Monday April 7, Mendoza&#8217;s Susana Balbo winery will be the scene of one of the most important gastronomic events of the year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>The Michelin Guide, which lists the world&#8217;s finest restaurants, has been celebrating culinary excellence for over 100 years.
