International Tourism and Business Congress – Panama City, Panama (October 2–6)

Panama’s capital hosts the fifth edition of the International Tourism and Business Congress at the Hotel Panama by Faranda Grand. The program includes: conferences, workshops, and success story presentations, bringing together delegates from 18 countries. With its connectivity via Tocumen Airport and iconic attractions like the Panama Canal and Casco Viejo, the city strengthens its image as an international meeting point.

Vinexpo Explorer – Mendoza, Argentina (October 6–9)

As the world capital of Malbec, Mendoza will host Vinexpo Explorer, one of the wine industry’s most exclusive gatherings. Four days of networking between 80 international buyers and 150 local wineries, including tastings, technical seminars, B2B meetings, and vineyard tours. The restored century-old Arizu Winery in Godoy Cruz will be the event’s epicenter.

Tomorrowland Brazil – Itu, São Paulo, Brazil (October 10–12)

Under the theme “LIFE,” Tomorrowland celebrates its 10th anniversary at Maeda Park. Over 150 international artists, including Armin van Buuren, Steve Aoki, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Vintage Culture, and Alesso, will light up the stages before 180,000 attendees from over 80 countries, making it one of the largest electronic music festivals in Latin America.

Adventure Travel World Summit – Puerto Natales, Chile (October 13–16)

Puerto Natales will host the Adventure Travel World Summit, organized by the Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA). Over 800 adventure tourism professionals — operators, destinations, media — will gather for conferences and business meetings. Before the summit, Pre-Summit Adventures will showcase Chile’s natural diversity: glaciers, fjords, mountains, and Patagonian steppes. A special day will offer trekking, sailing, and horseback riding to explore the terrain firsthand.

São Paulo Fashion Week – São Paulo, Brazil (October 16–20)

The N60 edition of São Paulo Fashion Week marks three decades of a now-iconic regional event. Thirty-eight brands and designers will present their collections in emblematic venues like the Pavilion of Brazilian Cultures in Ibirapuera Park and the Iguatemi and JK Iguatemi malls. The program also includes SPFW+, a space for reflection on sustainability, inclusion, and new technologies, linking fashion to broader societal issues.

Central America Travel Market (CATM) – San Pedro Sula, Honduras (October 21–23)

Twelve years after its last edition, Honduras once again hosts the Central America Travel Market in San Pedro Sula. Over 100 international buyers and 150 regional exhibitors will gather at Expocentro for 2,000 B2B meetings. Familiarization trips will then take participants to Copán, La Ceiba, Lake Yojoa, and Roatán, showcasing the country’s cultural, natural, and coastal treasures.

Formula 1 Grand Prix – Mexico City, Mexico (October 24–26)

The Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez will once again host one of the highlights of the Formula 1 World Championship. The 4.3 km track is known for its long straight where cars exceed 350 km/h, and for the unique atmosphere of the Foro Sol, which welcomes hundreds of thousands of fans in a stadium-like setting, confirming its must-see status.
