Iberia continues to strengthen its network between Europe and Latin America with new routes and additional flights. After a record year in 2024 and a 16% increase in the number of seats available, the Spanish airline continues to expand its presence in the region.
More flights, more connectivity
In preparation for the 2025-2026 winter season, Iberia will increase its flights to Chile, Peru and the Dominican Republic, offering more than 355 weekly flights and 2.4 million seats to all its destinations in Latin America
Santiago de Chile will benefit from two additional flights, bringing the total to 12 per week, an increase of 20% on the previous year. Lima will see an increase from 13 to 14 weekly flights, carrying around 1,360 passengers a day from Spain. Santo Domingo will also see an increase, to 13 weekly flights.

The operational changes introduced last year will remain in place. Buenos Aires, Bogotá and Mexico City will continue to benefit from three daily flights in each direction, for a total of 21 flights a week. Other destinations such as Quito, San José, San Juan and Montevideo will retain seven weekly flights, while San Salvador and Guatemala will have four. Guayaquil, Panama and Havana will have three flights a week.
Brazil increasingly connected
Iberia is also strengthening its long-haul network by adding two new routes to Brazil, complementing its existing flights to São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, which are currently operated with 14 and 5 weekly frequencies respectively.
