Tourism in Ecuador is a resource for sustainable development. The Calera Community aims to generate experiences for travelers, through contact with local ethnic communities, the discovery of their culture, and their work.
Our action consists of connecting the different communities of Cotacachi, discovering the essence of life with the local indigenous populations, offering cultural and creative tourism in line with the sustainable development of resources, by involving families, craftsmen, and their motivation for creating new creative companies with strong know-how and ingenuity. We also work for green tourism by giving priority to local agricultural production which protects the health and food sovereignty of our farmers, and which ensures stability between Pachamama and human beings.
With a united work team, we prepare to move forward hand in hand with the community, the priority is to take care of health and well-being.
