Colombia: vaccination certificate no longer required for entry into the country

Since Wednesday 5 April, the Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (Aerocivil) has announced the lifting of the requirement to use masks on domestic flights and at Colombian airports.

Similarly, the covid-19 vaccination certificate and screening tests are no longer required for entry into the country. However, it is strongly recommended for people over 60 years of age with co-morbidities or respiratory symptoms to use it.

The government had implemented during 2021 these measures for international travellers, who were required to present on arrival a certificate of vaccination against covid-19, with the full schedule or a PCR or antigenic test of up to 24 and 48 hours respectively.
